6. Ask the Body Shop about warranty coverage for your repairs
7. It is not necessary to obtain a written estimate when an insurance is involved. The Body Shop works directly off of the insurance company's estimate.
8. If there is no insurance company involved, the Body Shop will provide you with a written estimate free-of-charge
9. Ask the Body Shop how long the repairs will take
10. Contact your insurance company for final payment prior to picking up your vehicle
11. Do a complete walk around before and after the repairs are completed
