We recently filed for arbitration with Chrysler to get the available open point for the Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep franchises. We have been assigned an arbitrator and are awaiting the arbitration date to be scheduled. We feel we meet the established criteria set in the Arbitration Legislation for a viable dealership and remain confident in our quest to get the franchises back in Lake Elmo.
